Rasha has always been a foodie. Growing up she always had a passion for Medicine and Nutrition. A passion she owes to her father who is an amazing MD. Rasha has a BSc in Nutrition, a Master's in Public Health and has recently pursued her education in Natural Nutrition and became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist.
“I do not believe in good and bad food but I do strongly believe in unhealthy and healthy weight control practices and their impact on our overall health specifically the Gut.”
Rasha wants to help her clients build a strong solid base, guide them and be by their side until they are able to establish a healthier lifestyle for themselves and their families. The goal is for her clients to become their own nutrition coach.
Rasha’s main focus, but not restricted to, is digestive health and women's health and the body, mind and soul connection.
She has always lived by 3 key words variety, frequency and moderation.

Lauren Czuba D.O.M.P, RRPr, RKin
Registered Manual Osteopath | Reflexologist | Registered Kinesiologist, Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist | Reiki Level 3
Lauren is a registered Manual Osteopath from the National Acadamy of Osteopathy, in Toronto. She also graduated from York University with a Kinesiology degree in 2006. She is a registered Reflexologist, Manual Osteopath, Registered Kinesiologist, certified Fascial Stretch Therapist, and Reiki Master.
Lauren has a strong background in the fitness and health industry, having started in physical fitness when she was just 12 years old. Her love for fitness and health grew over the years. She studied Kinesiology in University, then branched off to personal training shortly after. It was there she found her passion in the rehabilitation side of health. She proudly brought injured personal training clients back to better health and mobility.
Lauren enjoys a natural and holistic approach to healing the body and has pursued various treatments in order to better compliment the human body. You can book an osteopathic, fascial stretch, reiki or reflexology treatment with her. As well as treating the whole body, Lauren specializes in TMJ disorder (Jaw pain and dysfunction) and Visceral Osteopathy.
In her spare time, Lauren is a bit yoga enthusiast, and likes to sing and dance. You can find her outside more often than not, especially in the summertime.

Nicholas Petrachuk, RMT
Nicholas has a true a passion for wellness and rehabilitation.
He became a Registered Massage Therapist in August 2023 after completing his massage therapy training at the International Academy of Applied Health in Ottawa.
Nicholas believes in outcome based treatments to make sure that with each individual treatment, the client walks away one step closer to their goal of physical recovery or relaxation.

Jazmine Marr, RMT
With a nurturing touch and a background rooted in compassion, Jazmine seamlessly transitioned from being a dedicated Personal Support Worker to becoming a passionate Massage Therapist. Having honed her skills at Elegance College and graduating in May 2023, she embarked on her professional journey in September of the same year.
Her unique perspective, shaped by years of providing personalized care, allows her to approach massage therapy with a deep understanding of the human body's intricacies.
Jazmine's aim is to provide a sanctuary where clients can unwind, release tension, and experience the profound benefits of therapeutic touch.

Tatiana Townsend, RMT, DOMP
Tatiana is a registered massage therapist of 18 years, and a manual osteopathic practitioner. She completed her education at the International Academy of Massage in Ottawa, and her Manual Osteopathy program (DOMP) in SOCO (Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy) in 2020. Additionally, Tatiana has been a Reiki Master since 2002.
Tatiana is the 4th generation of healers from her mother’s side, and a health advocate in her family. It has helped her to be more intuitive, while still developing and following a client treatment plan.
Tatiana has an extensive background as a health practitioner, having worked in private and public practices such as physiotherapy clinics, spas and health care centres. She is well known in the massage community in Ottawa.
Tatiana’s scope of practice is not limited to certain age groups or conditions. Through her practice, she has treated various conditions, including, but not limited to, sports injuries and motor vehicle accident injuries, migraine/tension headache, sciatica, joint pain (including TMJ, back pain, frozen shoulders, etc), repetitive strain injuries (RSI), plantar fasciitis, stress, anxiety, PTSD, digestive disorders, post-concussion rehabilitation, and post surgery rehabilitation.
As a manual osteopathic practitioner, she specializes in body alignment. Tatiana believes in a holistic and cooperative approach to treatment, believing in the importance of strengthening and balancing a body, mind and spirit. She provides additional recommendations and corrections as home care to clients. She understand that there is not a “one-size-fits-all” method for treatment, and as such, employs a variety of techniques such as: Swedish massage, Muscle Energy Technique, Myofascial Release, trigger point release, manual lymphatic drainage, cupping, craniosacral therapy, body alignment principle and method, and more. She is constantly furthering her knowledge, currently learning Face Yoga Method, a facial fitness technique which helps to maintain and correct face muscle imbalances in a natural way, to preserve natural beauty. She is also continuing to develop her knowledge in post concussion rehabilitation methods through osteopathy.
She enjoys spending her time with family and friends, doing her meditation, face yoga, Reiki, some spiritual activities, as well as reading .
